Precious Portraits by Julie
Julie has made the leap from hobby to business with hand-colored black and white portraits of children. She takes the portrait, gets them printed on fibrous paper, and uses photo oils to put color back on. Kacie and Ivan make wonderful models. The name of the business is Precious Portraits by Julie.
